The Dairy

In the days when Boturnell was a working farm, this barn housed the dairy. Today it has been converted into a spacious one bedroom cottage, complete with many artifacts from the old fashioned days of farming life.

The building is clad in the traditional Polperro ripple plaster work.

There is a fully fitted designer kitchen and open plan living area and dining room. Here, there is a colour television with integral video.

Patio doors open out onto your own paved garden with many colourful pots. This is enclosed with its own fence and has wheelchair access. The lounge contains a futon/sofa to allow flexibility.

The double bedroom is tastefully decorated with its own individual bed linen on an antique pine bed. En-suite is the bathroom, with bath and shower.
