The
Old Smoke House
This
cottage is the other half of the barn that housed the dairy. The
name refers back to the time when Boturnell had its own charcoal
woods, and probably had its own range of fresh produce.
Today
it has been converted into a spacious one bedroom cottage. The building
is clad in the traditional Polperro ripple plaster work. There is
a hand made kitchen and open plan living area and dining room. Here,
there is a colour television with integral DVD player.
Patio
doors open out into a conservatory on which leads onto your own
paved garden. This is enclosed with its own fence. The lounge contains
a sofa bed to allow flexibility.
The
double bedroom is tastefully decorated with its own individual bed
linen on a pine bed. En-suite is the bathroom, with shower.
